"Warranty got sorted, but wow it took a while"
One of the straps on my pack tore, which was frustrating because I wasn’t even doing anything crazy with it. I reached out about the warranty and then just kind of waited... and waited. They did end up helping me eventually, so credit where it’s due, but I had to keep following up, which got old fast. The pack was decent otherwise, I guess, but the whole process left me annoyed

"Pretty happy with how dry everything stayed"
I was in such a better mood after seeing my stuff stayed dry. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but it did the job well enough and saved me from a lot of frustration.

"My size still wasn’t available"
I’ve checked back a few times because I’ve had better luck with this brand in the past, but my size was never in stock. It was kind of disappointing because I was ready to buy, but I just couldn’t get the option I needed.

"Solid daypack, just a small strap thing"
I picked up a Gregory daypack from Gregory, and it’s been really solid so far. The stitching looks clean, the zippers don’t catch or snag, and the fabric has held up fine through a few wet walks and getting tossed around in the car and all that. I’m giving it 4 stars only because one of the strap ends started curling a little. It’s not a huge deal or anything, just one of those small things that keeps it from feeling totally perfect...

"Heads up: use the sizing guide"
Just a quick warning for anyone ordering a Gregory pack from gregory.com: don’t guess your size. I was between sizes and almost just picked one on my own, but I actually followed their sizing guide and it ended up being spot on. The pack fits my back really well, the straps sit right, and I haven’t had any weird rubbing even after a few hikes. Shipping was normal and hassle-free too. Overall, I’m happy with it, but seriously, pay attention to the sizing guide.

"Pretty clean site, easy enough to use"
The site looks nice overall and doesn’t feel too cluttered. The product photos are clear, and the colors seem to show up fairly well. A few pages maybe feel a little plain, but in general I’d say the design is good.

"My Gregory pack fits so much…"
My Gregory pack fits so much better than my old one, it’s kind of surprising. Isn’t that what you want when you’re out on the trail? The straps are super easy to adjust, even while I’m hiking, which makes a big difference.

"Nice bag, but the zipper didn’t hold up"
I really liked the bag at first and expected it to last a lot longer. It worked well for a few trips, but then the zipper broke way sooner than I thought it would. Kind of disappointing because the rest of the bag seemed good.

"Okay storage, just smaller than expected"
The storage is fine overall, but it ended up being smaller than I thought it would be. I even went back and checked my order email and receipt to make sure I got the right one, and I did. It works for a few smaller items, but if you’re expecting a lot of extra space, you might want to double-check the dimensions first.

I had been poking around the app for a while and thought maybe I had missed something obvious, so I finally decided to reach out instead of wasting more time. I wasn’t really expecting much right away, but support got back to me fast and they ended up fixing the issue quickly too.

"I wore these out the other day and..."
I wore these out the other day and kept trying to grab my phone from the pockets, but they’re just not easy to reach. It got a little annoying after a while, especially when I was on the go.

"I do like how the bag looks…"
I do like how the bag looks, and it works fine for what I need, but I was expecting the fabric to feel a little thicker for the price. Mine hasn’t ripped or anything, so that’s good, but it does seem to pick up scuffs easily. I’m still using it, but compared to my old bag, it just doesn’t feel as tough as I personally hoped it would.

The bag seems good overall, I guess. It looks nice and feels sturdy, but it’s definitely heavier than I expected. I’m not totally sure how much I’ll like carrying it around for long periods, but so far it seems decent.

"Buckles are holding up great"
I grabbed a Gregory pack and was a little worried about the buckles at first, but they’ve been totally solid. I’ve taken it on some rough hikes and haven’t had any cracking or slipping, so I’m happy with it so far

"Barely Any Airflow"
I was surprised by how little airflow this puts out. I expected it to at least feel noticeable, but it just doesn’t do much for me. Like, how is this okay for something that’s supposed to move air?

"Kind of confusing to pack"
I really wanted to like this bag, but packing it left me a little confused. The pockets seem like they’d be super useful at first, but once I filled one section, the other areas suddenly felt way too tight. I kept rearranging everything and repacking a few times, trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. The quality seems fine, so it’s not a bad bag, but for everyday travel it felt more frustrating than I expected. Not terrible, just not as easy to use as I hoped.

The bag works fine overall, and I’ve taken it on a few trips without any major issues. But after just a handful of uses, I noticed some of the stitching starting to look a bit loose. Is it still usable? Sure. But you kind of expect a travel bag to hold up better than that, right?

"Worth it, but the shipping hurt"
I’m glad I bought it and I do think it was worth the money. The only thing that annoyed me was the shipping cost — it felt higher than it needed to be. I also don’t really trust customer service to be much help if something goes wrong, so I was relieved everything showed up fine.
